The Association’s day to day activities are administered by Association Management Services.
If you would like to construct a fence or make a change to the outside of your home please download the exterior modification application as these activities require approval by the Board of Directors of Magnolia Pointe prior to commencement.
The Association’s activities are funded by mandatory property assessments, which are billed uniformity to each lot in the community. These fees finance the administrative and maintenance activities of the Association.
Any payments made by checks or Money Orders need to be made payable to the Magnolia Pointe HOA and mailed to Association Management Services, P.O. Box 23853 Lexington, KY 40523. Or here at the Pay Dues Link. Please note that you r Cust ID will be your property address.
